By using SEOElite, you can find out if your websites are linking to any bad sites. If you have links connect to such sites just remove them immediately. This will cause to a higher in the SERP.

How?

When SEO Elite is finished processing, just click on the report view tab and check the column labeled "Google PR". If you see a website with a Google PR of 0, it is either banned by Google or it is a new website and the PR has not been updated by Google.

So you will have to keep a list of the websites that have a PR of 0. You will have to choose radio button six in SEO Elite. Then you can visit if the website is still in Google's index. If you want to enter PR0 websites into the textbox, you can select the Google checkbox, and then click “ok”.

If Google shows 0 results for the websites, this shows that they have been banned. You must erase the URL immediately.
